My stay at Travelodge Battersea was unfortunately disappointing. While I appreciated the staff's friendliness and helpfulness, the overall condition of the room and the cleanliness were subpar. I experienced a lot of noise from the main road and found myself wishing for a better-quality stay. 😞

Rooms

My room had visible stains and a musty smell, making it uncomfortable to relax. The bed felt dirty, and the bathroom required a thorough clean.
Service
5.0
The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Kim, who provided me with useful information about local transport. However, my interactions with management were frustrating.
Location
6.0
The location was convenient for getting around London, close to bus routes and the river. It served its purpose for a cheap stay to visit friends.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were limited, and the cleanliness of the mugs left a lot to be desired. I was disappointed by the lack of secure dining facilities.
Facilities

The hotel lacked essential facilities, with a broken lift and a few issues in the parking area. Overall, it felt dated and in need of upgrades.

I had a mixed experience at Travelodge Battersea. The location was great for visiting friends and had easy access to Clapham Junction, but the amenities and service were lacking. I found my room comfortable, but cleanliness issues and missing essentials made my stay a bit frustrating.

Rooms

The room was large and comfortable, but unfortunately, it had beard shavings in the sink and curly hairs in the shower. It really needed a thorough clean.
Service
5.0
The staff were trying hard, but they couldn’t help me when I asked for an ironing board four times or even an extra blanket when my partner was sick. The lack of follow-through was disappointing.
Location
6.0
The location was ideal, super close to Clapham Junction and a nice pub across the road, plus I enjoyed some lovely evening walks along the river.
Dining

The breakfast was just a joke—a box with a muffin and some juice. It wasn't nearly enough, and no other options were available.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were pretty basic, with no hairdryers in the room and limited WiFi for devices. I felt security was a concern since the doors weren’t locked overnight.

My stay at Travelodge Battersea had its ups and downs. While the location was great for Clapham Junction, I found the accommodation basic and a bit dated. There were several small issues that added to my disappointment, but the staff was polite and helpful throughout my time there.

Rooms

The room was basic but clean, though I did notice mould on the bathroom tiles and windows. It was also quite noisy from the main road outside, making sleep difficult, especially since the windows hardly opened.

The staff were friendly and eager to help. I had a few issues during my stay, but they were resolved quickly. Gemma, in particular, was really accommodating and helped me with some of my problems.

The location was ideal for getting around, particularly for Clapham Junction and access to central London, which made my trip much easier. I appreciated being close to the river as well.

The breakfast options were very limited, consisting of just a box with milk, cornflakes, and a muffin. It felt a little too basic and not very satisfying.

The hotel had a few issues, like the lift not working well and the cleanliness in the bathroom needing attention. Plus, the lack of additional items like an ironing board and hairdryer was frustrating.

My stay at Travelodge Battersea had its ups and downs. The room was a good size and comfortable, but I did encounter some cleanliness issues. The staff, particularly Manuel, were excellent and provided a warm welcome, enhancing my overall experience. However, I felt the facilities could use some improvement.

I found my stay at Travelodge Battersea to be quite a mixed bag. The location is convenient with easy access to public transport, but the hotel itself left a lot to be desired. While I appreciated the staff's friendliness and the basic comfort of my room, the overall cleanliness and maintenance issues made it hard to enjoy my trip fully.

Rooms

My room was comfortable but lacked sufficient power points near the bed. I also noticed it got pretty hot during the night, which was a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom, however, had some cleanliness issues that detracted from my stay.
Service

I found the receptionist to be extremely pleasant and welcoming. Unfortunately, other areas of service were lacking, with the cleanliness and maintenance being quite poor.

The breakfast options were quite basic and not very satisfying, just a box with muffins and juices. This left me wanting more variety and a better dining experience.
